Quiet Stewardship.
Lasting Clarity.
Trusora was founded on a simple observation: most families in Thailand have important records scattered across drawers, phones, and memory — and no shared map for finding them later.
Back to HomeHow Trusora Began
Trusora grew out of a pattern its founders noticed during many years of work alongside Bangkok families navigating difficult periods. Again and again, the same problem appeared: not a shortage of assets or goodwill, but a shortage of organised information. Families could not find a will, did not know which bank the accounts were held with, or had no record of who the family lawyer was. The distress this caused was real and, largely, avoidable.
Rather than enter the regulated space of legal or financial advice — which requires formal licensing and carries a different kind of responsibility — Trusora was built to occupy the space just before that: helping a family get its records in order so that, when the time comes to engage a lawyer or financial professional, everyone is prepared.
The name reflects this intention. To be a steward is to hold something carefully on behalf of another. Trusora helps families become their own stewards — organised, clear, and ready.
Why We Do This Work
Trusora's mission is straightforward: to make the practical side of estate organisation accessible to any family in Thailand, regardless of their familiarity with legal processes or financial systems.
We do this through plain-language education — removing the jargon that makes people feel the topic is not for them — and through structured organisation tools that any household can follow without professional training.
We are not a substitute for a qualified lawyer or financial adviser. We are the step that makes engaging those professionals far more productive. Families who come to Trusora leave better prepared, better organised, and better connected to the resources they will need.
Who You Will Work With
A small, experienced team committed to plain language, careful listening, and practical outcomes for every family we work alongside.
Siriporn Charoenwong
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Siriporn spent fifteen years in Bangkok's financial sector before turning her attention to helping families navigate the organisational side of estate matters. She leads all client programmes and oversees content development.
Nattapong Prasert
Education Content Lead
Nattapong brings a background in adult education and public law to Trusora. He develops the plain-language materials used in every session, ensuring accuracy and readability across a wide range of family circumstances.
Wanida Limthong
Client Relations & Coordination
Wanida manages enquiries, scheduling, and follow-up for all client engagements. She is usually the first person families speak with, and she ensures the process from first contact to final session feels calm and well-structured.
How We Work
Every engagement at Trusora follows clear internal protocols to protect clients and maintain the quality they can rely on.
Scope Clarity
Every engagement begins with a written scope statement. Clients know precisely what Trusora will and will not do. We do not creep into regulated territory.
Privacy by Design
Session notes and family records are never retained by Trusora. Clients leave with their own materials. Contact data is held only as needed and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Written Materials
All educational content is reviewed for accuracy against current Thai public resources before use. Materials are updated regularly and clearly dated.
Facilitator Standards
Facilitators follow a structured guide for every session. They are trained to stay within educational scope and to direct families to qualified specialists where personal advice is needed.
Referral Readiness
Trusora maintains an up-to-date list of publicly available specialist resources in Thailand — law societies, government departments — so families are never left without a clear next step.
Feedback Loop
Each engagement closes with a short feedback process. Responses shape how materials and facilitation are refined — families who engage us contribute to better outcomes for future clients.
Estate Organisation for Thai Families
Across Thailand, families increasingly recognise that keeping personal records and estate-related information well-organised is a kind and practical act — not simply a bureaucratic one. Knowing where to find a land title, who holds a power of attorney, or which institution manages a savings account can make an enormous difference to the people left to manage affairs during an already difficult time.
Trusora works with families at every stage of this realisation: those just beginning to think about organisation, those who want to understand how Thai inheritance processes generally work, and those ready to bring the whole family together around a shared system. Our work is grounded in Bangkok but conducted in a way that suits families across Thailand — including those who prefer to engage by video call from outside the city.
The distinguishing quality of Trusora's work is its scope. By staying firmly within education and organisation, and by actively directing clients toward qualified lawyers, notaries, and financial advisers for regulated steps, we protect families from the confusion that arises when educational support is mistaken for professional advice. Our clients know what they are receiving, and they leave each engagement with something tangible — an organised record system, a clearer understanding of a process, or a family that has agreed how to share responsibilities.
Trusora does not offer a shortcut around the need for qualified specialists. It offers the preparation that makes working with those specialists less stressful, less expensive in time, and more productive. For families in Bangkok and across Thailand looking for that kind of calm, practical foundation, Trusora is a considered choice.
