Last Updated: 10 June 2025  ·  Effective Date: 10 June 2025

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Trusora provides its estate organisation, education, and record-keeping support services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

01

About Trusora

Trusora is an estate organisation and education service based at 143 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We provide general education, record-keeping templates, and facilitated family conversation programmes. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional regulated advice, and nothing in our services should be understood as such. For matters requiring legal or financial guidance, we recommend engaging a qualified specialist.

02

Nature of Our Services

Trusora's services are limited to the following:

  • Safe-Keeping Organiser (฿3,400): A guided setup and templates to help you keep important records and contacts in one organised place. This is an organisation aid only. We do not value, advise, or draft any documents on your behalf.
  • How It Generally Works: Session (฿6,800): A plain-language educational session on how estate and inheritance matters are generally organised in Thailand and where official resources may be found. The session is general and educational; it does not constitute personal advice.
  • Stewardship Conversation Programme (฿11,900): A facilitated programme to help a family agree on who keeps which records and where. The focus is organisation and shared clarity. We do not draft, advise, or represent any party.

All services are delivered in English. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely, as agreed at the time of booking.

03

Not Legal or Financial Advice

Trusora is not a law firm, a financial advisory firm, or a regulated professional service. Our work does not constitute legal advice, financial planning, tax guidance, or any other form of regulated advice. Specifically, we do not:

  • Draft wills, trusts, contracts, or any legal documents;
  • Advise on tax planning, inheritance tax, or financial structuring;
  • Represent clients in any official, government, or court proceedings;
  • Hold, manage, transfer, or safeguard assets on behalf of any person.

We actively recommend that clients engage qualified legal and financial professionals for any personal steps arising from our educational sessions.

04

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a service, you confirm that you are of legal age. Family-based programmes such as the Stewardship Conversation Programme are designed to involve multiple willing adult participants; all participants should be informed of the purpose and nature of the session prior to attendance.

05

Booking and Payment

Engagements begin with an initial enquiry and a brief introductory conversation at no charge, to confirm that a service is a good fit. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable service charge unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment details and methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Prices shown on our website are subject to change; the price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

06

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 5 business days before a session: full refund or reschedule at no charge.
  • 2 to 5 business days before a session: reschedule at no charge; refunds at our discretion.
  • Fewer than 2 business days before a session: a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee may apply.

We will always try to find a workable arrangement if circumstances change. Please contact us as early as possible at [email protected].

07

Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our services, we ask that clients:

  • Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking;
  • Attend sessions punctually and communicate any changes in advance;
  • Understand that our sessions provide general information and education, not personal regulated advice;
  • Seek qualified legal or financial professionals for personal next steps arising from our sessions.

08

Intellectual Property

All templates, materials, workbooks, and written resources provided by Trusora remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use in connection with the service you have engaged. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without our written permission. Session notes prepared by Trusora for a client belong to that client for their personal record-keeping use.

09

Limitation of Liability

Trusora provides educational and organisational support in good faith, using general information and reasonable care. However:

  • We do not accept responsibility for decisions made by clients on the basis of our educational sessions;
  • We are not liable for outcomes arising from a client's failure to engage qualified professionals for regulated matters;
  • Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

10

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us during enquiries and sessions with care and discretion. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information shared during a Stewardship Conversation Programme is treated as confidential to the family participants and Trusora; it is not disclosed to third parties without the relevant participant's consent, except where required by law.
