What Clients Say

In Their Own Words

"I had been meaning to sort out our family's papers for years. The Safe-Keeping Organiser finally got me moving. The session was structured and unhurried — the facilitator did not push us toward anything beyond organising, which I found reassuring. We now have a clear folder system and a contact list that everyone in the household knows about."

"The educational session gave me a much clearer picture of what is actually involved in inheritance administration in Thailand. I had picked up a lot of half-information from various sources over the years. Having it explained plainly, and knowing where to find the official references myself, made the prospect of speaking to a lawyer far less daunting."

"We are a family spread across two cities, and the Stewardship Programme gave us a way to have conversations we had been avoiding. Trusora facilitated very carefully — not pushing us toward any particular decisions, just making sure everyone understood what records exist and where they are held. The written summary at the end was genuinely useful."

"My main concern before engaging Trusora was whether someone would try to sell me something or nudge me toward particular legal arrangements. That did not happen at all. The scope was clear from the beginning. I came away with a well-labelled system and a list of the right professionals to call when I am ready — nothing more, nothing less."

"I was not sure a two-hour session would be enough to feel meaningfully different about the subject — but I was wrong. The content was well-paced and the written notes are something I have gone back to twice since. I did appreciate that the facilitator was honest about the limits of what the session covers; it made the content feel more reliable, not less."

"The Stewardship Programme helped our family finish a conversation we had started and then let drift for about two years. Having a facilitator who was not personally involved — and who stayed focused on records and responsibilities rather than family dynamics — made it possible to reach actual agreement. We left with a clear written summary that all three of us have copies of."

How Families Have Used Trusora

Case Study 01

Bringing Scattered Records Together

The Situation

An individual in her mid-fifties had important documents — property certificates, insurance policies, bank account details — spread across three locations, with no single record of what existed or where it was held. Her children lived in different cities.

What We Did

Safe-Keeping Organiser engagement over two sessions. We worked through each category of record together, created a labelled physical folder and a digital index, and built a contact list of key professionals and institutions.

The Outcome

A complete, navigable record system finished within twelve days. Her children each received a copy of the contact index. She subsequently engaged a lawyer for estate planning steps, using the organised records to make that consultation significantly shorter.

"I should have done this five years ago. It took far less time than I expected."

Case Study 02

A Family Ready to Talk — Just Needing a Framework

The Situation

Three adult siblings in Bangkok knew they needed to discuss who held the family's records and who would manage what if their parents became unable to do so. The conversations kept stalling because no one knew where to begin or what to agree on.

What We Did

Stewardship Conversation Programme across three sessions over four weeks. The facilitator used a structured framework to guide discussion around what records existed, who would hold them, and how each sibling would be kept informed of any changes.

The Outcome

A written summary of agreed responsibilities, signed by all three siblings. Each left with the Safe-Keeping Organiser templates for their own household. The family then engaged a notary for a formal next step with their roles already clear.

"Having someone in the room who had no stake in the outcome made a real difference to how we talked."
